Collaborating closely with our team, you will immerse yourself in our specialist markets, ensuring we compliance with our processes, promoting brand awareness, and maintaining our exacting standards.

• interpreting our clients' requirements and support the building of creative and innovative solutions.
• research to map out relevant talent markets. being an active member of deal-teams - supporting the management and execution of “live” mandates.
• delivering projects focussed on future-state interests - whether by function or geography.
• engaging internal and external stakeholders to produce and share market intelligence concerning current and future state markets.

You should excel in communication, demonstrate empathy and attention to detail, and offer relevant experience. You should not be afraid to communicate openly and honestly with individuals of all levels of seniority - whether on the phone, in writing, or in person.be good at market research, authoring reports and written communication with clients and senior candidates.
• possess 2+ years’ experience within an executive search or talent management environment, e.g. We continually challenge ourselves to think creatively and can guarantee that you will gain industry expertise quickly through exposure to the market and the variety of projects supported.

We offer flexible working arrangements, but not fully remote and you should be prepared to be in the office at least 2 days per week.
