**The Role of Accommodation Hire Administrator**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an **Accommodation Hire Administrator** to join our Accommodation Fleet Hire Team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will work to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, while providing critical administrative support to our Accommodation Team. Taking ownership of the hire process, end to end, you will approach all hire queries as efficiently as possible and prioritise them by importance. Professionally and effectively communicating with internal and external customers and coordinating asset availability and working closely with the Accommodation major Project Coordinator your **main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Effectively convert customer enquiries into profitable hires
- Efficiently and accurately complete all physical and electronic documentation & administration.
- Recognise and escalate issues to the Accommodation Manager in a timely manner.
- Manage all new and used accommodation sales
- Support our Accommodation Manager in sales and other administrative duties as and when required.

**Are you the right person for this role?**
- A skilled multi-tasker, that can adapt quickly and flexibly to changing circumstances.
- Have previous experience in a similar role and our hire administration
- Have knowledge of the Accommodation Hire industry (advantageous)
- Previous experience with CRM systems
- A reliable team player.
- Customer focused and a genuine enthusiasm for excellent customer service.
- Proficient Microsoft Office user: Word/Excel/Outlook/SharePoint
- **Training will be provided for systems and work procedures**_
