**Hire and Service Coordinator - Grangemouth Depot**

We provide a wide range of plant and equipment hire solutions to the construction, civil engineering and industrial sectors. Our Head Office is based at Newbridge, Edinburgh, with depots across Scotland and Manchester. We operate through 6 divisions incorporating Plant, Handling, Access, Accommodation, Power and Commercial Vehicles. As a family business with family values our focus is on delivering excellent customer service each and every time.

**About the Role**:

- Provide a timeous and competitive response to the enquiry to secure an order
- Log and track client enquiries on the CRM system,
- Liaise with operational teams to provide hire solution for customer:

- Source re-hire equipment where required, seek authorisation, order, and process as per procedure.
- Develop product knowledge of hire fleet and accessories.
- Document Management and administration associated with all hire, service, exchanges and sales and/or related enquires
- Create quotes, contracts, sales orders and Service & Maintenance Jobs as required
- Contract amendment / maintenance (e.g., re-dating, change site details, update products)
- Quality check customer Purchase Order
- Support external sales team with contract management
- Support operational teams with customer relationship management in the event of issues with hires
- Follow and ensure adherence to off-hire process
- Develop and maintain relationships with Operational teams to ensure close working dynamic

**Are you the right person for this role?**
- A skilled multi-tasker, that can adapt quickly and flexibly to changing circumstances.
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Have knowledge of the Plant Hire industry (advantageous)
- Previous experience with CRM systems
- A reliable team player.
- Customer focused and a genuine enthusiasm for excellent customer service.
- Proficient Microsoft Office user: Word/Excel/Outlook/SharePoint
- **Training will be provided for systems and work procedures**_
