**SALES ADMINISTRATOR - DENROY LTD**

**Hours of work**:
**Monday - Thursday 0800 hrs - 1700 hrs**
**Friday: 0800 hrs - 1330 hrs**

Working within a busy office environment, we are looking for a fast-learning junior administrator who is able to support colleagues with an increased workload.

Please note that this role is office based only.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You will:

- Generate and process invoices.
- Manage the archiving of invoices.
- Filing, scanning and photocopying documents.
- Provide and maintain excellent levels of customer service, providing prompt and efficient response to enquiries
- Manage time and workload effectively to ensure the highest standards of service.
- Liaise with the warehouse team regarding orders and deliveries.

- Welcome visitors to the Denroy factory and help with signing in to the site
- Work with Commercial Department colleagues to support them in their roles and enable the department to function at the high levels expected by our customers

**Requirements**:

- Excellent at both verbal and written communication, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- Extremely organised, with the ability to make intelligent decisions when faced with competing priorities
- Proven experience working in an office environment

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
