**Salary**: £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience

**Hours of work**:32 hours per week
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 1pm

**Based**: Bangor, Co Down

**Key Responsibilities**:
- The tasks of the office administrator will include administrative & adhoc tasks including, but not limited to the following:

- Telephone/Reception duties
- Sales/purchase order processing
- Invoice processing, credit control
- Booking couriers for collections/deliveries and providing customs clearance information for imports
- Stock record management
- Ensuring accurate import/export records are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Providing basic accounting information/support to the financial controller
- Ensuring all financial controls within the administration department are strictly adhered to

**Essential Criteria/The Person**:

- Good knowledge of excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills a must
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive work ethic
- Experience in administration an advantage
- Experience or knowledge of Sage 50 an advantage
