OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB


The primary function of the Kitchen Sales & Design Consultant is to provide Kitchen Designs, Sales Consultations and Quotations to customer's specifications.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing kitchen designs and estimates to customers and delivering a first in class customer experience and after sales service to all HHI customers.
  • Produce high spec CAD drawings for new projects.
  • Develop and foster strong customer relations with clients.
  • Filing and general administration duties as required.
  • Upkeep and maintenance of the showroom including responsibility for Health and Safety in line with local legislation.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 Years' Experience in similar sales role would be advantageous but not necessary as training will be given.
  • Preferred experience in Articad however, all training will be provided.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
