The Scottish Qualifications Authority is Scotland’s national awarding and accreditation body. We are trusted to oversee thousands of qualifications that are available in schools, colleges and workplaces, not just in this country, but around the world.

We are looking for 2 Operations Officers to work within the Operations Directorate in our Logistics and Customer Engagement team.
- Planning and delivery of physical, hybrid and remote events
- Supporting the delivery and service requirements of the events to ensure customer requirements are met
- Building effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Tracking and monitoring of events budgets

Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Have excellent planning and organisational skills
- Be a competent communicator both verbally and in writing and have the ability to negotiate and persuade
- Have the ability to work to tight deadlines within a highly pressurised environment

Applicants, as a minimum, should be educated to SCQF Level 8 (HND/SVQ 4) and/or be able to demonstrate direct relevant experience for this role.
