A leading FMCG firm in Havant has approached the team at NET Recruit team to identify a Lead Finance Business Partner to coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities across the group. This incredible business is now looking for a talented Finance Business Partner to help them guide critical commercial decisions on a day-to-day basis with provision of strong financial information and help high level operational stakeholders make sense of the numbers and the narratives they conceal. **Key deliverables will include**:

- Supporting all Bid and Tendering Activities across the group by provision of strong financial modelling
- Coordinating the budgeting and forecasting process across the business in an interactive way, ensuring key milestones are met and internal stakeholders are aware of KPI’s they need to achieve.
- Liaising with external stakeholders to discuss impending upturns and volume increases for the forthcoming quarter.
- Improving the quality and speed of the budgeting and forecasting process by way of systems enhancements and efficiency improvements.
- Helping channel long term strategic investment decisions by providing insightful financial analysis.
- Playing a leading role in highlighting opportunities for maximising profit through new product initiatives.
