Specsavers are looking for an ambitious Optometrist to become their new Optometry Store Partner as part of our Joint Venture Partnership business model.

As a Partner, you’ll receive an annual salary, alongside a share in the business profits (dividends), access to the best clinical technology and continued professional development. **About the stores**

Specsavers in Havant is an established business and sits in a prominent position on West Street with 5 test rooms to date and a team of 30. Our Farlington store sits within the local Sainsburys and has 3 test rooms with a team of 12. While our Waterlooville store is the same size as Havant but sits across two floors with 7 test rooms and one dedicated Hear Care room and a team of 28. Waterlooville also benefits from a recent expansion and upgrade. All stores are fully equipped with the latest clinical technology, including OCT - meaning you will have everything you need to perform sight tests to the highest possible standards.

**Store location**

All three stores are located in south of Hampshire, close to Portsmouth and are within a 10 - 15minute drive from one another. Being so close to the coast, this is the perfect location to enjoy sailing, surfing and other outdoor activities. Each town has excellent transport links with mainline railway stations and the A3 / A27 joining them. As the new Optometry Partner, your customer base will be diverse across stores, from retiree’s to new families.

**Requirements of the role**

Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, you’ll need to share the store’s ethos. They’re looking for someone who wants to grow and develop the team, offer exceptional customer care and improve patient outcomes. You’ll be a practitioner who prides themselves on their clinical judgment, isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach, and someone who is keen to get involved and build a rapport with their team.
