This position will be fully office-based working, Monday to Friday. Hours being 8:30am - 5pm. The starting salary for this position is £21,000 with the potential to rise to £24K once monthly bonus kicks in

**Duties include**:

- Carrying out service availability checks
- Quoting for services and following up
- Assisting team members to complete customer order forms
- Updating the internal CRM systems
- Updating pricing on the online portal
- Taking inbound calls
- Supporting the wider team by fielding customer service calls when necessary
- Following up customer enquiries
- Participating in monthly department meetings
- Attending supplier meetings
- Maintaining accurate records of activity
- Positive, motivated, and passionate
- Confident and pro-active
- Organised
- Ability to work independently and using initiative
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
