**The Role**:
The Account Executive/Insurance Broker will assist the team by administering and developing our diverse book of business, including but not limited to Professional Indemnity, D&O, Cyber, Office, Commercial Combined and other opportunities that may arise. Your duties will include all activities pertaining to an insurance broking firm which shall include, dealing with incoming enquiries from clients, insurers and other third parties in a professional and timely manner.
In addition, you will be expected to provide technical and administrative support to the directors and other members of staff, as appropriate.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Respond to professionally to clients and deal with their requests and enquiries accordingly.
- Invite renewals and manage with them in a timely manner
- Maintain client and prospective clients’ files, including filing of each client file daily.
- Manage clients and Account Handlers expectations quotations for renewals and new business
- Act to the highest standard as an Account Handler and/or Broker for Professional Indemnity, D&O and Crime (and other classes as necessary) business.
- Act as a Broker for the company when placing business into the London market.
- Communicate all relevant market information to colleagues.
- Maintain records of markets seen and their responses on file.
- Prepare in a timely and accurate fashion all slips, market submissions, policies, clauses, and endorsements.
- Provide support to colleagues as and when necessary.
- Maintain all entries accurately onto IBS or other company data management systems as necessary.

Compensation Package: £40K to £45K DOE
Location**:London (Hybrid)
Hours: Full Time, Permanent
Holiday: 25 Days + BH
