AWE is currently recruiting for a Training Quality Coordinator.

In this role you will work with the Training Quality team and help coordinate the delivery of training and workplace assessment at AWE.

Location - Reading / Basingstoke area

Salary - £34,400 - £37,000 dependent on skills and experience

In this role you will:

- Identification/record keeping of training and trainers in the business
- Manage the end to end process of the Trainer Observation programme including_ _establishing and enforcing a training observation schedule
- Establishing and enforcing a training observation schedule
- Coordination (and management) of the Train the Trainer programme
- Support the updating of the share point site, for trainers in the business and manage the corresponding teams channel and calendar
- Coordination and management of the Train the Trainer programme
- Proof reading documentation as required
- Complete the quality control process for new and existing training
- Manage Service Now tickets

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experience:

- Level 2+ equivalent on the National Qualification Framework is a required qualification
- Defence Systems Approach to Training e-Learning V1.0 - desirable
- Excellent grammar and communication skills
- Highley confident in Microsoft for review and reporting purposes
- Very organised and efficient with experience in coordinating and project management
- Detail focused
- Experience in a training environment - desirable
- Knowledge of the ADDIE model - desirable
