We are currently recruiting for a HR Training Coordinator to join our team in the HR Training Hub.

The Training Coordinator is responsible for the design, development, implementation, coordination and facilitation of company training programmes.

Location - Basingstoke / Reading area

Package - £35,950 - £50,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

You will be required to:

- Plan and coordinate cross company training courses and programmes
- Manage the booking of certain training courses to ensure value for money for the Company and that attendees are on training relevant to their role. This may include challenging and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ensure training courses are loaded into Company training management system and kept up to date with any changes. Implement improvements where identified.
- Collate, compile and report on training assessment results, training attendance and other training data.
- Work with suppliers to arrange training venue, logistics, security and safety considerations and any other relevant training requirements.
- All - Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player
- Certificate in Training Practice or equivalent HR Qualification is desirable, or relevant HR experience
- Experience of coordinating training activities
- Experience of delivering in high pressured environments
- Experience of dealing with sensitive situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem Solving
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Proficient in basic IT programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Ability to interact, influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels across AWE to ensure a common and holistic approach to training, ensuring adherence to Licence Condition 10
- Experience of working with schedules and deadlines
- Experience of leading, managing & developing teams
- To have an awareness of continuous improvements activities and their methodologies

This job role is suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace (your permanent duty station) and working from home as a personal choice. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.
