About the Role:

Activate Learning are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our The Quality Assurance Team to coordinate, review and support the implementation of common QA processes, acting as the contact point for curriculum staff and Awarding Organisations, along with providing support to the regionally based Business Partners.

This is a permanent, full time role based across our Berkshire colleges, which covers our Reading and Bracknell campuses. Travel between campuses will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, review and support the implementation of common QA processes
  • Act as the contact point for curriculum staff and Awarding Organisations
  • Provide support to the regionally based Business Partners

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with educational data within the FE sector, particularly with a quality, data or curriculum background
  • Self-motivated with exceptionally high attention to detail
  • Experience of supporting colleagues and providing feedback to aid their development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of using dashboards, ProMonitor/ProAchieve or equivalent systems is desirable
