**Warranty Administrator required in Swindon on a temporary monthly rolling contract**:

- ** Starting salary between £28-30,000 per annum if full-time however dependent on experience**:

Our client, a franchise approved car dealership situated in the Swindon area, requires an experienced Warranty Administrator to join their business on a temporary monthly rolling contract.

Reporting to the General Manager and working as part of a friendly office team, as a Warranty Administrator your key responsibilities shall include:

- Prepare costs estimates, invoices and associated paperwork for all work completed within our client.
- Prepare and submit repair and maintenance claims and warranty claims with training, ensuring the quality and compliance of all documentation.
- Complete regular and documented self-audits to drive continuous improvements in our client's processes.
- Be a champion of work-in-progress (WIP) processing and agree targets for weekly and monthly in line with the overall business targets.

In order to be eligible you will ideally live in the Swindon region or within a reasonable commuting distance of Swindon. You will have previous experience in an administrative capacity with knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle warranty administration. Overall you will have excellent organisational skills and be able to handle conflicting demands whilst able to identify priorities in a highly demanding environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships with customers & colleagues are also a must.
