As a First Notification of Loss Call Handler, known as an FNOL Call Handler, you'll play a crucial role at Zenith As the first point of call for our customers when they've been involved in a vehicle accident or experienced vehicle loss or damage, you'll use your investigative mind-set, love for problem-solving, and natural ability to stay calm under pressure, to capture details from customers and ensure the vehicle is recovered and the customer is back on their feet.
Based in our state of the art Kirkstall Forge head office just 6 minutes from Leeds city centre, this is an exciting role for someone to join a customer-oriented team and develop their customer case handling skills.
Previous experience in a similar investigative role where you have gathered customer claim details would be beneficial. However, anyone who is detail-oriented with strong, empathetic communication skills, experience in customer service and able to navigate different systems would be highly suitable too.

**So, what will you be doing?**
- Provide an empathetic ear and reassuring voice for customers when they have been involved in an accident or have experienced vehicle theft/damage
- Making detailed notes and collecting all relevant information to help the insurance claim process
- Ensuring vehicles are recovered and the customer returns home safely
- Making practical arrangements for recovery, repair, and courtesy vehicles
- Liaising with our preferred network of suppliers when making bookings or enquiring about services.
- Working with various internal teams, ensuring smooth progress on all outstanding issues.
- Working across several systems including fleet management, case management and supplier databases.
