**Fixed Term Contract - 10 months**

As a HR Coordinator within the OD team you will be a central point of reference across business areas, ensuring that teams, leaders and all colleagues receive a professional, people focused and efficient service.

The role will be based in Liverpool but travel to other locations will be required.

This role is internally known as OD Coordinator.

**This is an important role in which you will**:

- Provide tailored recruitment solutions across the full life cycle of the recruitment and onboarding journey.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of OD processes and practices
- Take responsibility for Compliance Checks including, but not limited to, pre-employment checks, DBS checks, probations and reporting.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have level 3 CIPD or able to demonstrate equivalent professional experience
- Have a track record of delivering a recruitment provision in line with Policy & Procedure
- Able to work collaboratively with leaders and the wider OD Team to deliver an effective OD service
