**The Role**:
The post holder is required to provide a full administrative and secretarial service to a multi disciplinary team including the management of information systems and the co-ordination of the clinical referral system.

**What we'll need you to bring**:
- RSA3/SVQ3/NC in Secretarial Studies or equivalent.
- Proficient IT Skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum requirement of two years secretarial experience in an equivalent position.
**It would be great if you also have**:
- Audio Typing
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to present outgoing correspondence to a high standard
**Contract type**:
Permanent
Part Time X 2 positions
2 x 22.5 hours
**Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.**
**Location and Working Pattern**:
This role will be based in Community Paediatrics within Caird House, Hamilton.
The working pattern for this role will be Wednesday - Friday 9am to 5pm (x 2 positions).
