**The Team**:
As our successful Internal Communications Executive you will join the People Team, working closely with the Chief People Officer and Head of Internal Communications. You’ll also work with wider stakeholders across CAVU. This is a brand-new role which will support the implementation of our internal communications and engagement plans as we continue to grow our business and our workforce globally. The main objective of this role is to support the delivery of employee communications through strong, effective content, which engages and motivates colleagues and is delivered in a timely and appropriate format. As this is a new role in the business, it’s a fantastic opportunity to develop the role and make it your own.

**The Role**:
Day to day responsibilities will include:

- Communication of organisational communication updates and tactical ‘business as usual’ messaging.
- Developing an effective and engaging content calendar delivered through varied and targeted communication channels.
- Ensuring all communications are clear and concise with the necessary approvals sought prior to release.
- Increasing senior leadership visibility through targeted and engaging communications.
- Managing and maintaining appropriate communication distribution lists.
- Supporting the wider People team and rollout of key people and engagement activities and initiatives.
- Working with the brand team and Group Internal Communications team to coordinate internal and external messages.
- Pioneering a friendly and approachable culture through effective employee communication.

**About You**:

- Preferably proven communications experience within a scaling company or similar global company.
- A confident and persuasive communicator who can adapt their style for different channels and audiences.
- Able to research, write, produce and edit great content.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to collaborate effectively and manage expectations of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Proficient in M365, particularly Teams and SharePoint, and content delivery systems such as Poppulo.
- A working knowledge of the Viva suite of tools is advantageous.
