Lennon Properties are a forward thinking Hybrid Estate / Letting Agents based in the North East. Due to expansion of the company we are looking for a Sales & Lettings Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Duties include:

- Answering and transferring telephone calls, taking messages and dealing with enquiries
- Arranging and conducting viewings of properties.
- Working to targets and deadlines
- Generate sales leads and convert to new instructions
- Generate mortgage leads
- Work with potential buyers ensure they are kept up to date with all available properties for sale or coming to the market.
- Communicating and maintaining regular contact with vendors to retain and repeat their business.
- Maintain a database of potential buyers for matching with available properties
- Be alert and responsive to new business opportunities and forward diarising for call back
- Discuss all aspects of selling and buying property with clients and solicitors

Experience Required - previous Estate/ Letting Agency experience preferred but not essential

**Salary**: £18,500.00-£20,500.00 per year
