Accompanied Viewer/Lettings Specialist

Location: Newcastle, Grey Street

Contract: 12 month initial contract

Hours: 20 hours per week (Every Saturday 10am-2pm, remaining hours during week to be agreed with applicant)

Salary: £11.44 per hour

About the role:

The role involves all aspects of negotiation, meeting and greeting clients, attending viewings, call handling, client updates, booking appointments, lead generation, diary management, general administration and assisting the existing team.

Hours: 10am to 2pm every Saturday, remaining 16 hours to be agreed through week with individual

About you:

  • This role will suit someone who is motivated and has an ability to prioritise and multi task.
  • Experience in the property sector is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Knowledge of the local area is also preferred.
