**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will, with the support of your line manager, undertake the Customer Service Level 3 Apprenticeship Qualification via Remit. This is a 15-month apprenticeship program where you will be learning on the job as you earn. You will work 5 days a week in the office with time each month allocated for the remote and online learning that will be completed as part of the Apprenticeship. At the end of the course you will undertake an end point assessment to achieve your qualification.

To be considered for the Customer Service Level 3 Apprenticeship Qualification you must have a minimum of 6-months experience within a customer service environment and hold a GCSE grade C or 4 and above in English and Maths. Applicants with less than 6-months experience within customer service will be considered for a Level 2 Apprenticeship Qualification.

**Main Responsibilities & Duties**:

- On-boarding existing or new customers: Import data, create new client portals, migrate clients to our e-learning system, Myrus, advise clients on the correct process, manipulate client data, deliver training online or face to face
- Outgoing calls to care home managers or contacts to drive course usage, chase 100% compliance of the Care Certificate courses to deadlines and to launch new products or services to clients
- Support the client relationship team and client support team- Support Head of Marketing on the development and launch of campaigns
- Create and manage your own pipeline of tasks

**The **MUST HAVE **Skills**
- GCSE grade C or 4 and above in English and Maths
- Minimum of 6-months experience within in a customer service environment
- A basic understanding of Customer Service.
Intermediate level understanding of Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Planning, organising and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
