**Locations**:Bracknell, Manchester or Telford (Office based 2 - 3 days per week) 1 day for virtual study.

As a Degree Apprentice Fujitsu you will be allocated to one of our Early Careers Role streams. Each role stream will provide you with the specific training, network and support you need to get off to a flying start in your careers at Fujitsu.

To compliment the role stream specific training, you will also undertake a modular development programme. This covers key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, business awareness and business knowledge. Each module will provide you the opportunity to take charge of your own development and allow you to expand your network with the full Early Careers cohort across Europe.

Fujitsu are running an exciting apprenticeship programme where you will be enrolled on a three year BSc (Hons) Applied Business Management Degree Apprenticeship.

You will be aligned to our Service Delivery Management role stream which will enable you to develop your skills in IT Service Management. As a Degree Apprentice Service Delivery Manager at Fujitsu, you can be responsible for:

- Ensuring that the services we provide to our customers are aligned to our business model.
- Problem solving & navigating daily challenges in service.
- Managing Incidents, Problems, Changes and other ITIL4 Functions.

Working alongside Service Delivery colleagues you will:

- Manage the provision of IT services.
- Support and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Work with new technologies such as automation
- Engage in various rotations and experience business challenges within different industry and government sectors.
- Be part of a delivery team providing services to our customers and teams.
- Assist in the development of service sand growth within our customers and teams.
- Have a chance to grow and explore other areas of the organisation through rotations and assignments which work for you.
- You will support and work as part of our Service Deliver Community who are responsible for ensuring we meet customer requirements and are trusted to deliver against service contracts. You will learn about the ongoing management of operational tools and processes required to deliver agreed levels of service to our customers.
- You will join a team that is ready to welcome and support you to gain the skills required to develop effective relationships and collaborate with some of Fujitsu’s key customers.

Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering opportunities such as:

- Incident Management and liaising with our customer to resolve service issues.
- Ensuring that internal processes are managed and delivered to senior managers.
- Investigating and delivering service improvement changes.
- Supporting our social value initiatives.

If successful you will be working within the following areas
- UK&I Digital Delivery Centre, named DDaC - Digital, Data & Cloud Managed Workplace Services

- To complete this levy funded programme, you will need to provide evidence of level 2 qualification in Maths & English at GCSE grade C or equivalent.
