Claims Governance Support Officer

The main responsibilities of the Claims Governance Support Officer will be: To support the Claims Governance Support Manager to effectively engage staff across the Claims Management function to learn from complaints and incidents and to embed good governance practices. Support the framework of reviewing risk, controls and compliance to ensure it is fully integrated into the ongoing development and review of claims management processes. To assist the Claims Governance Support Manager on the maintenance/process of responding to claims related FOIs, PQs, complaints and concerns. To provide secretariat support to relevant claims governance meetings.
