**Your team**

The Change Delivery team are part of the Flutter UK&I’s Customer Operations family, supporting the Sky Betting and Gaming, Paddy Power and Betfair brands. The UK&I Change Delivery team work collaboratively with our Product, Technical & Operational areas to deliver change and process improvements focusing on customer journeys, player safety and operational effectiveness.

This Project Governance and Support Officer (PGSO) will play a fundamental part in ensuring the governance frameworks in our Customer Operations division allow for pace and agility whilst providing structure and transparency. You will assist in managing the change pipeline and milestone tracking in line with key strategic objectives. You will ensure that risks and audit action plans are managed effectively with the correct accountable owners and mitigations.

The role will report to the Head of Change Delivery within Customer Operations. This will ensure a full holistic view is encapsulated within the governance frameworks.

**What you’ll do**
- **Governance and frameworks**:You will work with central teams to develop, implement, and facilitate Customer Operations frameworks and governance.
- **Exec Level Reporting**:Collating key performance, financial and project updates to create exec level presentations.
- **Pipeline and Roadmap Planning**:You will assist in managing the Customer Operations roadmap. This will include pipeline reviews milestone tracking, prioritisation, and alignment to Strategic Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s).
- **Risk Management**:You will liaise on behalf of Customer Operations with the central risk team to manage and mitigate risks effectively.
- **Internal Audit**:You will take ownership of tracking and coordinating Customer Operations Internal Audit action plans.

**How you’ll do it**
- **Interpersonal Skills and Professional Communication**:must have strong communication skills both written and verbal. You will need to be able to demonstrate you can communicate with impact. You will be required to produce quality presentations that can be used at an Exec level, therefore will require exceptional PowerPoint skills.
- **Stakeholder Management**:must be able to build strong network of stakeholders and collaborate at all levels.
- **Governance**:ability to facilitate and manage activity through governance frameworks and feed into wider business requirements such as central delivery and risk teams.
- **Risk management**:it would be advantageous for you to have experience in risk management, with the ability to identify, evaluate, prioritise risks and co-ordinate mitigation activity through to conclusion.
- **Action tracking**:can confidently and accurately manage multiple actions plans with accountable owners across the division.
- **Analytical Reasoning**:Must have a strong eye for detail; ability to take data driven information, identify common themes / patterns, and translate into strategic output.
