Inizio Engage is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Business Developer to join our UK Business Development team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding the Inizio Engage recruitment business by identifying opportunities and securing business new and existing clients. Working closely with both the Recruitment and wider business development teams, you will strive to deliver exceptional service to our clients, with a primary focus on the healthcare and life sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities:

- To achieve target annual revenues at margins specified by the business. Either through the independent pursuit of business opportunity or by collaborative working with the wider Business Development team.
- To drive and maintain the opportunity pipeline, generating a monthly target number of new vacancies.
- Drive preferred supplier status with new accounts and effectively manage current PSL accounts.
- Identify value-add opportunities to drive exclusivity within competitive accounts
- To respond to Requests for Proposals with high quality response documents within the given time limit.
- To complete analysis on customer accounts and or product portfolios that can inform the business development opportunities within the account/portfolio.
- To achieve stated customer activity objectives as directed, including but not limited to, face-to-face meetings, social business meetings and non-face-to-face contact as appropriate.
- To lead T&C negotiations, within boundaries specified by the Recruitment Director, to maximize Inizio Engage's profitability.
- To collaborate closely with the wider Business Development and Operations teams to identify opportunities to cross sell services and add value to existing CSO clients.
- To provide market insight to assist the wider Business Development team derive strategy and the production of the annual Business Development plan.
- To develop strong relationships with customers that are characterised by
- Frequent contact with key individuals within that customer
- An open dialogue which allows customers to proactively address any emerging issues around recruitment Inizio Engage becoming a primary supplier of Recruitment Services
- To produce forecasts for new business within the designated customer base
Measures of Performance
- Target revenue and profit
- Increased customer base
- Number of vacancies procured
- Number of PSL inclusions achieved
- Wins versus major competitors
Experience and Competencies
- 5 years+ recruitment sales and 360 experience
- Excellent networker with proven client relationship management
- Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication
- Track record of delivering commercial success through personal efforts
- Experience in the healthcare and life sciences sector is desirable
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker who is results orientated
- Good collaboration skills / able to work with others and gain the best solution

**Location**:

- Hybrid role, with the office located in Ashby de la Zouch. Travel throughout the UK where appropriate
