**Job overview**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive rota coordinator to join us. You will work closely with Directorate Managers and Clinical Directors to support in safely staffing Accident and Emergency, Acute Medical Unit and Medical SDEC
**Main duties of the job**:
The post requires the holder to develop in-depth experience of managing the deployment of medical staff to support the correct functions within the designated specialty. The post holder will be responsible for the overall management and control of the rotas for the designated specialty, ensuring the required level of cover and productivity is achieved. The post holder will be required to gain in-depth experience of clinical needs to ensure the rota’s are accurate at all times**.**

- Experience of communicating with a range of professionals with differing priorities experience and roles.
