This role will report to the UK SHE & Security Manager and will provide support to the Quality Manager with the development and maintenance of the integrated management systems ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO50001.- Facilitate the development and implementation of document control and continuous development of internal procedures to support the continued development of the integrated management system.- Coordinate the internal and external Audit scheduling, provide advice and guidance to managers supporting the audit process whilst monitoring and management of non-conformities- Support compliance approvals such as UL, Semko & ETL (experience not essential)- Support Root Cause Analysis and monitoring of open NCR’s from internal/external audits & SHE incidents- Change Management process ownership and responsible for document control activities to support authors and process owners, ensuring accurate records are maintained in the internal system.- Document control activities, including creating, distributing, modifying, storing and reviewing documents and records- Support business initiatives to improve systems & QHSE awareness through all levels of the organisation- Analytical skills with an eye for detail and the ability to translate data and create reports and presentations- Any other reasonable activities and requests to allow this role to be fulfil as appropriate.

Additional Skills/Qualifications Required- Experience working to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 & ISO50001- Experience working in a manufacturing environment- Lead Auditor Qualifications- Quality systems Engineer experience- NEBOSH cert beneficial- Advanced skills in MS tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Forms etc.)- Experience of Change Management
