Part-time Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a leading consultancy, responsible for supporting companies worldwide to improve their business performance.
This small, friendly team are looking for someone to provide administrative support, particularly in relation to training courses and workshops.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Registering participants on courses
- Adding information to databases
- Sending out links for completion of questionnaires
- Chasing for questionnaires to be completed (sometimes within tight deadlines)
- Printing and collating workbooks, handouts and reports
- Preparing training materials (including laminating and packing books and exercises)
- Checking that information and materials are correct
- Liaising with trainers and facilitators
- Booking accommodation/trains/flights
To be considered for this exciting role, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in administration
- Highly efficient and methodical
- Able to work hard and at pace
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good at juggling multiple tasks at the same time
- Able to use initiative and work without close supervision
- Helpful
