Provide secretarial support to the Staff Bank Manager as required To contribute to a consistently high standard of patient care as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. To support the provision of an efficient administration and clerical service. To ensure staff documents are prepared, updated and delivered in a timely manner. Deal with telephone enquires promptly in a polite and helpful manner and relay messages to the appropriate staff if required.

To offer support to departments regarding web-based systems To assist with the allocation of staff into appropriate areas within agreed guidelines and policies To assist with the administrative function for the recruitment of all disciplines employed on the Staff Bank including pre-employment checks, DBS etc. Book and organise meetings and venues Electronic diary management Assist with the invoicing and finance administration for the Staff Bank Promote the image of the Staff Bank ensuring documentation and notices are kept up to date and well presented. To provide reception cover Have a flexible and adaptable approach to duties to the needs of the service As a flexible working friendly organisation, we want to be sure that you can work in a way that is best for us and for our patients, and for you.
