Avanti Energy is a UK based Solar PV company that provides a full turnkey solution - we specialise in design and installations of Solar systems to Homes and Business across the UK.

We are looking for experienced Sales Executives who’ve previously worked in Home Improvement style products of selling too householders and business.

Have you got sales experience in Solar Sales / Home Improvements / Alarms / Double Glazing/ Recruitment/Estate Agents/Advertisement Sales & IT Sales.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to join an outstanding company which are offering a chance to ride the wave of renewable energy boom for the residential & commercial sector.

Due to the current energy crisis Energy Bills have gone through the roof and we are having so many leads requesting quotes.... Who doesn't want to Reduce their Energy bills

We are seeing a massive demand in Solar PV and with the Governments 0% VAT incentive on new installations we have found ourselves inundated with inbound enquiries and we need great closers to scale our business.

Have office-based Sales experience

Thrive in a fast-paced target driven environment

You are skilled and have a flair for organisation and prioritisation.

**Responsibilities**
- Calling Homeowners and Business owners to discuss the benefits of Solar Systems Ev Charger's and other renewables
- Answering inbound calls from clients enquiring about Solar
- We will give you high quality warm leads
- Sales and negotiating skills and the ability to CLOSE DEALS
- Maintain client information on our CRM
- Dealing with your leads / enquires / Booking appointments.
- Taking payments and issuing receipts
- Maximise sales opportunities including cross selling and up selling

**To be success in this role you will have**
- 2 + years Year sales experience in a Solar Sales or other direct sales is essential.
- Keen to learn and build a career
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with the energy and drive to move things forward to exceed sales targets each month.
- Ability to adopt a flexible and direct approach to workload
- Excellent communication skills, be a good team player and have an out-going, adaptable personality
- Computer skills essential
- You will need to be a fantastic communicator, a natural sales person, ambitious, driven and incredibly motivated to grow our reach within the residential and commercial market.
- Have a good work ethic /punctual and driven

Qualifications and requirements:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
- Business sales: 2- 3 years
