**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

**Duties**:

- Enter the orders onto the ERP system ensuring that the careful check procedures are followed along with stock position at time of order, Order qty anomalies and lead time vs agreed.
- Provide appropriate cover for the Customer Services Manager when not in the business
- Data capture to enable improved business reporting and improvement.
- Transport booking for all chilled & frozen finished goods
- Managing delisted products & providing weekly updates
- To perform other such duties as reasonably correspond to the general character of the post and are commensurate with its level of responsibility.
- To ensure that working practices in relation to Health, Safety and Housekeeping are maintained, identifying and immediately reporting all potential hazards or unsafe working practices

**Experience**:
**Essential**
- Relevant experience within the Customer Service or Logistical field food related
- Experience in customer facing environment ( examples can be requested )
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.

**Desirable**
- Capacity Planning
- Knowledge of other Departments
- Food knowledge
- Advanced Excel use

**Hours of work**

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Office based
