**Office Admin**

We're looking for an office administrator to join our family-run business and help with the day to day running of activities.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Liasing with different departments including: packing, sales, management and I.T.
- Invoicing and calling current customers
- Answering the phone to queries
- Printing of documents for parcelforce and other

**Person Specification**
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Suites: Word, Excel etc
- Happy to speak to customers on the phone and good command of the english language
- Highly Organised
- Excellent communicator

**Terms**

**Hours**:8-5pm

**Holiday**:28 days (including bank holidays)

**Pension**:Twist Teas complies with Auto Enrolment Legislation in Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2008

**About Twist Teas**

Twist Teas is a family run business started by Mother and Daughter who have always loved tea There's nothing like it to lift the spirits and raise a smile, whether alone or with others, out and about or in the comforts of your own home.

In January 2017, they decided to do something really innovative for lovers of tea and set about creating a range of the finest whole leaf teas, herbs and fruits, blended to delight taste buds and bring a smile to its drinkers. Frankly, they were a little underwhelmed by the teas available in the supermarkets (and a little disappointed to learn that even the cutesy, more expensive brands are invariably just owned by the massive brands anyway.)

Our blends are full of little surprises that make them different. An additional ingredient with a functional benefit or an unconventional flavour pairing that transforms something nice into something spectacular. A tea that’s specifically designed to be drunk cold or one that tastes so good it must be bad (but isn’t). We like to think of them as Blends With Benefits.

Now, we have a range of over 50 delicious, healthy and innovative blends that are available direct through our website, and in cafes, restaurants, hotels, offices and independent retailers all over the UK.

**Salary**: £21,965.00-£22,999.00 per year
