**Digital Learning Designer - 12 Month FTC**:
- Be part of NFU Mutual’s largest transformation programme
- Full time, 12-month fixed term contract
- Hybrid working options with up to 80% home working
**About the role**:
It’s an exciting time at NFU Mutual as we are about to deliver one of our biggest transformation programmes yet. Our BRIDGE programme will transform our approach to sales, policy administration and underwriting activities, delivering an excellent customer experience across our end-to-end processes. A key part of this change will include the introduction of a new platform to host a refreshed product range.
No two days are the same in this role and you will have the opportunity to work on a fantastic change programme providing you with great experience and exposure across the business.
**About you**:
You will have worked within a similar digital design role previously and can design engaging learning content via Articulate 360 and Rise software which is essential. You will be comfortable and confident in working with stakeholders across all business areas and are able to gain key pieces of information by asking the right questions.
To join our team, you must also have:
- Experience of designing and delivering a range of learning solutions to L&D Standards
- Excellent communications skills
- Fantastic stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Experience of working on a change programme - preferable
- Experience of working within an insurance company - preferable
