We are looking for a Smart, energetic person with good communication skills to join our team as a receptionist for our corporate head office In Kingston Upon Thames. KT1 2BA

The role requires a warm, friendly, and dynamic individual with the ability to multitask in a proactive team to deliver an exceptional level of service. While adapting to the daily changes within the Kingston Office, ensuring all building occupants, visitors and guests receive the highest level of service in a pleasant, clean, and safe environment.

**Key duties & Responsibilities**:
Welcoming visitors to Kingston and ensuring that the correct level of access pass is given,

Offering a warm but also security conscious welcome

Good communication Skills (on the phone & Face to Face) as well as good service sense is crucial.

Making sure all requests are dealt with professionalism.

Ensuring the reception is maintained to the highest standard throughout the day.


**Job Requirements**
- A successful applicant will need to be Self Motivated, Creative and Positively committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of conversing with people of all levels
- Reliable and trustworthy, with ability to work on your own
- Ability to handle feedback in a calm, structured, and professional manner
- First rate computer skills proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- A friendly and positive team player

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract, Full-time

**Salary**: £12.74 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
