**Main Purpose**
The role of a Returns Administration Supervisor is to help recruit new team members and to provide support and training to the team.

To achieve the KPI’s set, to maintain the service levels to external customers.

To provide support to the external Sales staff and other internal departments to ensure that all enquiries have been process and discrepancies resolved.

We are looking for a qualified person to join our Returns Administration team and help us achieve our goals.

**Accountabilities**
- To help recruit new team members and to provide support and training for the Returns Administrators to improve the quality of work produced and develop them to fulfil their potential. This would start at induction and follow through on an on-going basis for all team members.
- To assist the department in developing cross team co-operation & liaison with all departments.
- To improve work procedures to promote efficiency gains and smarter ways of working. Develop better use of the technology available to assist the department in its activities and maximise the benefits.
- To control the workloads and performance of the department.
- To coordinate and communicate with other departments within GDHV to ensure that customer requirements are met within the timescales.
- To respond to customer enquires in a professional and efficient manner.
- To undertake any tasks that may be necessary as specified by the Credit Manager, to deliver exceptional customer service.

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Microsoft Office

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in similar positions, data entry, answering incoming telephone calls.
- High organisational skills and ability to manage several projects at the same time
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
- Strong communication skills.
- Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite.
- An administrative background with Supervisory experience.
- Must be detail oriented.

**Travel**
Very mínimal travel required, possibly an occasional visit to a customer.
