Clinical Lead Practitioner

Positive Steps Care & Support are looking for a Registered Nurse to work within our Head Office in Plymouth, with passion and commitment in providing person centred care to join our fantastic organisation.

We are looking to recruit a person who shares the same vision, to make a real difference to the people who choose to use our service within their homes and in the community, to live a fulfilled life to achieve their goals and aspirations. The Clinical Lead Practitioner would be required to work alongside the registered manager and Care Manager to provide support for our complex and clinical packages of care. This would include composing and reviewing support plans, risk managements and other person centred, bespoke documents, whilst working alongside the multi-disciplinary team.

The Clinical Lead would require an interest and passion in helping with recruiting the very best calibre of nurses to join our ever-growing complex care team.

As a Clinical Lead Practitioner, you would be responsible for overseeing and supervising a team of nurses and support workers. It would be the Clinical Lead’s responsibility to always keep abreast of any new legislation that might be relevant to their role. Ensuring the team are always working to best practice and in line with the company’s policies and procedures. The Clinical Lead must work within The Code of Conduct as issued by your governing body (NMC).

This position would suit part time. However, we can offer flexibility to suit individual availability, so please do get in contact to discuss further.

RGN/RMN registration

Current NMC registration

A full clean driving licence is preferred, although not essential.
