Forest Care Selection is working with an independent care provider, that operates specialist nursing services for elderly clients with old age and Dementia. They have a new job opportunity for a Clinical Lead for their established Good rated nursing home based in the Plymouth area. This specialist nursing service provides tailored care to individuals with Dementia and complex needs and offers modern facilities and fine dining.

**The Clinical Lead in Plymouth will**:

- Work in partnership with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the highest quality of care and nursing is delivered.
- Lead the care and nursing team.
- Coordinate the structure of day-to-day nursing care.
- Support nursing staff in collating information, analysis and action plans.
- Work on the floor demonstrating clinical excellence to the nursing team.

**The Clinical Lead in Plymouth will need to have**:

- Significant experience in leading nursing and care teams and being able to demonstrate a calm leadership approach. They will also have experience working in nursing home settings with individuals with complex needs.
- Clinical governance and quality improvement skills.
- Nursing qualification with an active PIN.
- Flexibility to work around the needs of the service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 42 per week
