Security Sales Consultant

**About our client**
Established 40 years ago and based out of their head office in Stevenage, our client is one of the most respected names in their industry.
Working with clients across the construction industry as well as many of the main middle sized M&E companies and cross section of End Users, our client provides the system design and installation of electronic security and fire systems throughout their region.
**What we are looking for?**
- The ability to prepare tenders and quotations by designing or interpreting specifications provided by M&E Consultants including Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Door Entry.
- Be technically sufficient to quote for takeover and upgrades of systems
- Be expected to generate new enquiries to achieve their sales target as well as handling inbound enquiries
- Expected to give presentations to customers
- Appreciation of contract law
The successful Security Consultant would be approximately 50% office based at our clients offices in Stevenage with the remainder of their time spent visiting customers and their sites.
Experience of security equipment would be as follows:
**Intruder**: Eaton Range, Pyronix, Honeywell - Galaxy, Texecom, Mobile Apps.
**CCTV**: Hikvision IP / TVI, Pelco, DM, Adpro, Optex, RVR Solutions, IT Network literate
**Access Control**: ACT, Paxton
**Door Entry**: BPT, Fermax, Videx - IP and Analogue
**External Lighting**: GJD
**GUI**: Cortech
**Monitoring**: RedCARE, DualCom, ARC / RVR, GSM / PSTN Diallers
**Standards**: NSI Awareness.

- Salary of £35k per annum plus commission paid on gross margin forecast on sales
