Provide routine day-to-day administrative support to the PFSS Department Ensure that all necessary data is entered accurately onto the computerised systems used in the Team. Send condolence cards and packs as per set timeframes To make up Safeguard packs as and when required Provide cover for Reception To take notes in meetings as required To meet and greet Bereaved service users when required To have compassion and sensitivity when communicating face to face and on the telephone with patients, carers and service users. To work closely with the Volunteers who are working in the area, providing support and information as required To in-put and maintain robust data on all Bereavement Support Services activity. To create weekly Helpline rota, liaising with volunteers to cover shifts To provide reports on statistics as and when required.

Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times Undertaking any other duties of a similar nature as required
