**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working closely with global partners to ensure client payrolls are delivered on time and accurately
- Liaising with client employees, clients and partners
- Ensuring systems and tools are up-to-date and accurate
- Hosting client calls
- Preparing payroll calendars, checklists and data sheets
- Drafting and agreeing monthly governance reports by country
- Chairing governance calls for your clients
- Managing complex projects and non-routine work for clients
- Resolving issues and ensuring a high client satisfaction
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver seamless performance
- Contributing to positive team spirit and engagement

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Self-motivated with a passion for payroll and service delivery
- Ready to take on a diverse and varied workload, challenging yourself on a daily basis to deliver great service
- Passion for numbers (we would love if it you have a background in Finance or Payroll)
- An unusually high attention to detail
- Organised and structured approach to your work
- Persistent problem solver
- Really good with systems, data bases and software packages
- Naturally good communication skills, and great builder of relationships

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Aberdeen
