**Benefits of a Extra Care Support Worker**:
- Receive a £500 joining bonus (conditions apply)
- £10.90 per hour.
- Full or part time hours available, flexibility is a must to cover days, evenings, nights, weekends, and public bank holidays according to the needs of the residents.
- Free company shares (once you have been with the company for 6 months)

- No experience necessary as all staff will receive a comprehensive induction.

**The Role**:
- Uphold the rights and dignity of all clients and to respect their privacy and confidentiality
- Encourage independence and support the wishes of the clients
- Look after the welfare and personal care of clients assigned to you
- Assist with mobility, feeding, washing/bathing and dressing of clients in a sensitive manner and prepare meals and drinks
- Supervise the prompting/administration of prescribed medication and perform any other duties to ensure the comfort of the client
- Accurately complete all records and paperwork as requested by line management and adhere to GDPR.
- Attend any training courses that are required
