Creative Support is seeking a warm and caring Female Extra Care Worker to join our friendly staff team at Burnside Court, our Extra Care service in Cumbria. As a Female Support Worker, you will provide excellent, respectful personal care to residents, including medication administration, and develop warm and trusting relationships with service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care to residents, including medication administration
- Developing relationships with service users and supporting them to enjoy their time at the service
- Supporting with domestic tasks and other tasks, such as preparing breakfasts for service users and completing welfare checks
- Working flexibly according to the needs of the service and confident with lone working

Burnside Court is a single-site Extra Care service, providing quality care and support to 26 older residents. We offer a fulfilling and enriched life for our residents, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for person-centred care and support.
