Our Operations groups are core to the success of the Markets business and have significant impact across the lifecycle of a trade. We partner extensively with a range of internal stakeholders including Front Office Sales and Trading Desks, Compliance, Legal, Finance and HR; alongside having significant interaction with our external client base, playing a key role in the overall client experience. We have a Client relationship group, dedicated to overseeing the Organizational service performance and strategic partnership for our top tier client base, where we play a key role in supporting our global clients to ensure they have a first-class experience when doing business with Citi.

Our Middle Office teams works alongside structuring, treasury, sales and trading to ensure that the delivery of the products to our clients is controlled, accurate and on time.

**_ Global Fixed Income Structured Notes Middle Office Manager_**

**Job Purpose**:
The Fixed Income Notes Middle Office Manager role is a senior level position (SVP -Senior Vice President) responsible for providing complex analytic and administrative support to our Fixed Income Front Office Sales & Trading and structuring teams involved in Fixed Income Linked structured notes origination, distribution and risk management. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the Fixed Income structured note product is delivered to Citi clients accurately and on time ensuring the highest levels of control.

The individual will be responsible for responsible for Driving the Operational agenda supporting the Fixed Income notes business and be the primary face off to the Fixed Income Note business stakeholders.

The individual will deliver the Operations strategy for the product, driving our target operating model, with a proactive People agenda, ensuring a robust control environment, enhancing service capabilities, and simplifying/ transforming platforms to build appropriate scale.

The role will have accountability for daily supervisory risk and service oversight of the Fixed Income Structured Note operations, ensuring that the objectives of Operations, the Business and our clients are executed to a high standard and in full accordance with regulatory and control requirements.

**Organizational Oversight**:

- Overseeing and leading daily core operations maintaining a culture and environment where processes, risks and controls are continually monitored, and potential risks escalated on a timely basis as well as acting as a senior point of escalation
- Developing an effective control framework that fully meets Audit, Compliance and Regulatory requirements; delivery of periodic presentations to external regulators as required
- Ensuring the infrastructure and tools are in place to effectively manage risk and service our clients to a high standard

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Acting as key point of contact for the Fixed Income Note Operations across internal and external stakeholders
- Continued engagement and face off with a range of senior Business, Technology, Operations partners and Vendors
- Supports and partners with the Business and Issuing and Paying agents to facilitate a growing and expanding client base / operational offering
- Engaging in client discussions & relationship management activities as required to support the Business

**People & Culture Agenda**:
