We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor / Administrator to join our busy Customer Services Department.

The key focus of the role is to process customer sales orders through our bespoke CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System, ensuring that orders are entered quickly & accurately dealing with any issues that may arise when processing.

You will be expected to manage key accounts, where you will be the first point of contact, with the objective of developing strong working relationships, providing support when needed.

Also the role will include answering telephone calls as part of our busy call centre & following up queries using your own initiative from our in-house training, assigning orders to team members via the CRM system, raising credits and MISC invoice requests along with general office and admin duties.

To be successful, you need to be a team player with a high degree of IT literacy, strong and confident communication abilities (both written and verbal), coupled with a high degree of organisation and attention to detail. These are all are crucial skills that we consider essential in this role.
