As an Early Years Educator (Level 3), you will play a pivotal role in the development and well-being of children aged 0-5 years.

**The position is full time, working 5 days a week between the hours of 7am - 6.30pm.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Planning and implementing engaging and age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning and development.

Providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children to explore and grow.

Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Monitoring and assessing children's progress, maintaining accurate records, and sharing observations with parents and carers.

Upholding the highest standards of care and compliance with statutory requirements and nursery policies.

**Requirements**:
Must hold Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.

Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Ability to engage and connect with children and families from diverse backgrounds.

Understanding of safeguarding principles and a proactive approach to promoting child safety and well-being.
