Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking dedicated and qualified Nursery Practitioners with a minimum of level 3 certification and relevant experience for both full-time and part-time positions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement a curriculum in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Facilitate training sessions focused on early years education.
- Create a warm, supportive environment for children to thrive.
- Work collaboratively within a team, sharing responsibilities.
Available Work Schedules:
- 10-hour shifts
- 8-hour shifts
- Day shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime opportunities
- Weekend shifts
Essential Duties:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children, providing constant supervision and care.
- Build strong relationships with parents, participating in developmental reviews and offering daily updates.
- Assume key worker responsibilities, observing and planning for individual children's needs, and providing engaging activities.
- Monitor children's progress using our specialized Parent App.
- Comply with nursery policies and procedures consistently.
