About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Grandir UK. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to our young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Excellence in Childcare: Ensure that our nursery environment is safe, stimulating, and conducive to learning and development.
  • Lead by Example: Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children, providing individualized attention and support to meet their unique needs.
  • Deliver Engaging Experiences: Plan and implement activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children.
  • Support Team Success: Contribute to the effective day-to-day management of the nursery environment, ensuring that our high standards of quality are maintained.
  • Mentor and Develop: Support and mentor students and unqualified staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare practice.

Requirements
  • Level 2 or Above in Early Years: Hold a recognized qualification in Early Years education and care.
  • Enhanced DBS Check: Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check as part of our safeguarding procedures.
