**About the role**
Internally known as Data Administrator, your role will involve an elementary level of investigative work utilising various tools and internet-based packages. Working as part of a team of Data Administrators with a managerial team for support, you’ll be using supplied and acquired information in line with current legislation and industry guidelines to assess & analyse the data, keeping our in-house database accurate and up-to-date, with the aim of locating our absconded customers.
**Main responsibilities will include**
- Data Entry - Checking databases and updating accounts
- Analysis of system data looking for anomalies & trends
- Ensure all the data is sound and we are proactive in resolving & identifying issues which may have an impact to the business
- File matching & verifying criteria
- Running scripts to extract data from in-house databases including de-duplication and data cleansing
- Working within company guidelines and those of the Credit Services Association
- Assistance of drafting of How To’s and other documentation with regards to processing (as and when required)
- Ensuring that internal turnaround times are adhered too
- Ensuring that the Data Manager is made aware of any issues or problems preventing them from processing or where additional training within the Department is felt required.
**Essential skills**

Our usual office opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-17:30pm. Full time working hours will be based on working 5 days per week at 7.5 hours per day.
