We are currently recruiting for a full time **Office Administrator **on behalf of our clients based in **Bromsgrove.**
The **Office Administrator **will be ensuring administration tasks are complete effectively and efficiently and to be on hand to support other members of the team.
Duties will include;
- Carry out general administrative duties across all departments when required
- Co-ordinate supply and monitor the loan units supplied to client sites for Repairs and Maintenance and warranty claims
- Configure all Mobile device orders received and ensure an installs plan is in place for the go live
- Administer all warranty data within the CRM and notify sales team of upcoming renewals.
- Monitor inventories on site and organise replenishment.
- Coordinate and managing appointments, meetings and the meeting rooms schedules
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Purchasing office supplies, equipment
- Organise and restock kitchen areas, provide refreshments for visitors
- Arrange off site bookings for team members, hotels and travel.
- Supporting HR with administration and internal communication
- Supporting the finance department.
- Process reports and issue to relevant department heads weekly.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Proficient in using excel and word
- Excellent phone manner
- Comfortable handling confidential material
- Self starter, reliable and dedicated
- Organised, detailed and efficient with the ability to prioritise.
- Able to multitask efficiently and effectively
- Positive, Flexible, team player
- 2+ year’s in administration role
- Working collaboratively with others
Office hours are 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday at £10.22 to £11.24 per hour
**Salary**: £10.22-£11.24 per hour
